Interim Management: Managed arts and crafts, indoor games and outdoor activity departments. Was responsible for the buying team, the P & L and sourcing.
Sourcing Project: Reviewed the top 10 suppliers with a view to increase service levels and gain margin and delivered a proposal to implement changes to secure additional cash profit.

Sourcing Project: Worked with the B & M team and overseas offices, to review current sourcing and formulated a strategic plan to grow higher margin by direct importation.
Interim Management, covering Head of Buying: Responsible for product direction; the P & L, sourcing and 15 buying staff in womenswear. Worked in close conjunction with design and merchandising teams.
